Dubai-based entrepreneur Amol Awasthi has made a lasting mark on the global business landscape over his 21-year career, particularly through his leadership at Catalyst Business Partners (CBP). Awasthi’s journey began in the early 2000s with MirrorPlus Technologies, which was acquired by American Reprographics in 2003. He then co-founded Catalyst Business Partners in 2002, recognizing the untapped potential for IT services in Africa. By 2006, Awasthi moved to Dubai to strategically position CBP closer to African markets, including Senegal, Guinea, Cameroon, and Egypt. Today, CBP employs over 200 people and generates $25 million annually.

In addition to his leadership at CBP, he has co-founded Terra Firma Commodities, promoting eco-friendly business practices.
