Cryptocurrency markets opened Wednesday morning on a positive note, with all ten tracked tokens recording gains in the 24 hours to 6:30 AM IST on May 27, 2026. The moves were measured rather than dramatic, but the direction was uniformly upward across large-caps and altcoins alike.
Bitcoin, the bellwether of the crypto space, rose 0.18% to trade at ₹72.68 lakh ($75,967.30), the most modest advance among the tokens tracked. Ethereum climbed a slightly firmer 0.44%, reaching ₹1.99 lakh ($2,080.26), while BNB added 0.32% to settle at ₹62,924.07 ($657.72).
Solana posted a gain of 0.52% to ₹8,038.19 ($84.02), and XRP edged up 0.22% to ₹127.30 ($1.33). Cardano advanced 0.71% to ₹23.10 ($0.2415), while Chainlink rose 0.70% to ₹903.12 ($9.44).
The clear standout of the session was Polygon, which surged 2.57% to ₹20.88 ($0.2182), making it the top performer across all tokens tracked. Polkadot followed as the second-strongest gainer, rising 0.94% to ₹120.54 ($1.26). Dogecoin rounded out the top three advancers, gaining 0.81% to ₹9.73 ($0.1017).
At the other end of the leaderboard, Bitcoin’s 0.18% rise made it the smallest gainer of the group, followed by XRP at 0.22% and BNB at 0.32% — though notably, none of the ten tokens tracked recorded a loss over the 24-hour period. Broad buying, however modest in magnitude, characterised overnight trade across the crypto market.
